MENTAL HEALTH CARE
Unity Place partial care program is designed to empower consumers by allowing them to make choices that foster independence. The program provides options and in turn the flexibility of creating an individualized schedule based on activities they feel will assist them in their own wellness and recovery.
Mental Health Partial Care
Program hours are 9:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday with lunch at 12:00pm, and an afternoon snack.
Transportation is provided to and from the program!
The mental health program accepts IC, Medicaid, Drug court funding, MAP-SPB funding, STORI, SJI, NJSI, SAI funding, self-pay/sliding scale, private insurance (we DO take Magellen & Horizon), Out of Network
