SUBSTANCE ABUSE CARE
Unity Place licensed outpatient program for adults 18 and over with a primary substance use disorder diagnosis or co-occurring disorder. Our goal is to aid clients in the recovery process through psycho-educational groups provided by professionally trained, credentialed, and licensed clinicians.
Substance Use Program
Hours by Service: IOP and OP: 9:00am – 1:30pm
Partial Care: 9:00am – 3:30pm
PA on staff for evaluations and medication monitoring.
Funding Options include: IC, Medicaid, Drug court funding, MAP-SPB funding, STORI, SJI, NJSI, SAI funding, self-pay/sliding scale, private insurance (we DO take Magellen & Horizon), Out of Network

- Vivitrol therapy
- Psychiatric evaluations
- Daily psycho-education

- Trauma, Grief & Loss
