We offer comprehensive, structured, non-residential health services provided to adult clients in a day program setting to maximize client’s independence and community living skills. Unity Place strives to provide or arrange services necessary to meet the comprehensive needs of individual clients.

Unity Place Partial Care LLC prides itself in giving the personal touch for each and every client. We celebrate the individuality of each client, and work with the client to ensure that every member of our community is provided with the tools to develop necessary life skills and community reintegration.

Every client is provided with groups that focus on various topics that address substance use, mental health and co-occurring issues. Clients are also provided with case management, pre-vocational, social and psychiatric services if needed to help them on their journey.
